Itinerary

Each day in Bocas will be filled with Yoga, Surfing, Delicious Food and free time. Because we are on an island away from the main island, we are about a 40 minute water taxi ride away. It means we won’t have everything most tourists have in a heartbeat, but it also means we aren’t most tourists and we get to have a very unique and down right fantastic stay on the edge of an island in between a wildlife rich jungle and a beautiful beach/sea.
We will have optional excursions that include Hiking, Snorkeling, Diving, Fishing, Horseback Riding, Zip-Lining, Kayaking and more. We’ll also plan have one or two planned excursions to visit some beautiful islands.
Most of the meals will be at Al Natual, but we’ll also have a chance to go into Bocas Town for some meals and nightlife. All the meals at Bocas are included. When we are in Bocas Town you will be responsible for your own meals unless we say otherwise. (Plan on between 4-5 meals on your own).

Optional – Stay in Panama and explore!
Let us know if you’d like to stay on after our trip together. There is so much to see from the Panama Canal to the San Blas Islands and the Mountains of Boquete in between. We would love to help you plan your trip. We’ll also be back to Panama next year to explore it a little bit differently so stay tuned for that trip.
