Subject to change due to weather and on site decisions. Please be flexible! (It is a yoga retreat after all)

Airfare and Travel Insurance:
You are responsible for purchasing airfare and travel insurance. It is mandatory to purchase travel insurance and we reserve the right to deny participation if it is not purchased. Participants will cover any additional costs due to arrival/departure outside of the dates and time ranges listed below.

*Important: Overnight flight departs on June 22nd and arrives on June 23rd

Day 1 – June 30 – Arrival
6:00-8:00am – Arrivals
9:00 – Departure for outdoor pools near Hellnar (pack a carryon bathing suit)
10:00 – Stop at waterfalls and geothermal pools
12:00 – Lunch in Borgannes
2:30 – Arrival at Pools
5:00 – Arrival at Hellnar
6:00 – First yoga practice
7:30 – Dinner
Sleep at Hellnar

Day 2 – July 1
7:30 – Breakfast
9:00 – Morning Practice/Glacier tour
12:30 – Lunch
Afternoon – on glacier tour
4:00 – Yoga if not done earlier
7:00 – Dinner
Stay at Hellnar

Day 3 – July 2
7:00 – Breakfast
9:00 – Yoga
11:00 – Head to Stykisholmur!
Lunch on own in Stykisholmur
6:00 – Walk
7:30 – Dinner at Hellnar
Stay in Hellnar

Day 4 – July 3
7:00 – Breakfast
9:00 – Yoga Practice
Stop at waterfalls! Or Hike up to Reykholt Waterfall
Stop for lunch
Dinner on Own in Reykjavik
Stay at Reykjavik

Day 5 -July 4
* We recommend taking these trips if it really moves you, but encourage you to hang in Reykjavik for the day.
7:30 – Breakfast at apartments
9:00 -Yoga Practice – 2 hour practice
Lunch on own
Optional Activities
-Whale Watching

-White water rafting
-Cave tour + mossiness
-Herbalist Walk
6:00 – Optional Yoga Workshop

Day 6 – July 5
7:30 – Breakfast + 20 minute yoga stretch! Yes!
8:30 – Head out for the day! (farm tour/part of the golden circle, hot springs if weather looks bad for Day 7 hot springs trip)
Lunch on own back in Reykjavik
5:30 – Yoga/Yin Yoga
7:30 – Dinner
Stay at Reykjavik

Day 7 – July 6
7:30 – Breakfast
9:00 – Yoga
11:00 – Rest of Golden Circle Tour
Packed lunch from Sandwich place
7:00 – Dinner at Frost
Stay at Frost

Day 8 -July 7
7:30 – Breakfast
9:00 – Walk to hot springs – Yoga/Walking Meditation/Sitting Meditation
12:30 – Lunch – Excursion to Waterfalls in search of puffins
Optional Activities –
7:00 – Dinner and Closing Circle
Stay at Frost

Day 9 -July 8 – Departure
Optional Stop at Blue Lagoon if time permits.
Morning Departure from Hellnar to Airport
