Airfare and Travel Insurance:
You are responsible for purchasing airfare and travel insurance. It is mandatory to purchase travel insurance and we reserve the right to deny participation if it is not purchased. Participants will cover any additional costs due to arrival/departure outside of the dates and time ranges listed below.

*Important: Overnight flight departs on August 30th and arrives on August 31

6:00 – First yoga practice

Day 2 – September 1
8:00 – Yoga Practice
9:30 – Breakfast
10:30 – Hot Spring Hike
2:00 – Lunch
Hot Pots/River Plunge/Refresh
7:00 – Dinner

Stay at Frost and Fire

Day 3 – September 2
7:30 – Yoga
9:15 – Breakfast
10:30 – South Coast Adventure
Packed lunch or lunch in Vik
7:30 – Dinner in fishing village
Stay in Frost at Frost and Fire

Day 4 – September 3
8:00 – Yoga Practice
9:30 – Breakfast (packed bags ready for departure)
Lunch + Visit to waterfalls + Pool
Leave for Reykjavik
Dinner on Own in Reykjavik
Stay in Reykjavik

Day 5 -September 4
* We recommend taking these trips if it really moves you, but encourage you to hang in Reykjavik for the day.
7:30 – Breakfast (leave by 9:00am for yoga)
9:30 -Yoga Practice at Yoga Shala
Lunch on own

7:00 – Yoga Soundscape: “Iceland” -Yoga + Movement class with local Icelandic musicians

9:00 – Departure for Snaefellsness
10:00 – Stop at waterfalls and geothermal pools
1:00 – Packed Lunch
5:00 – Arrival at Hellnar
6:00 – First yoga practice
7:30 – Dinner
Sleep at Hellnar

Day 7 – September 6
8:00 – Breakfast (big)
9:30 - Lava Rock Blueberry Hike
2:00 – Lunch
4:30 – Yoga Class
7:30 – Dinner
Stay at Hellnar

Day 8 -September 7
8:00 – Breakfast
9:30 – Yoga
11:00 – Head to Stykisholmur! Or Hang and relax.
Lunch on own in Stykisholmur
1:00 – Pools
6:00 – Walk
7:30 – Dinner and Closing Circle
