Enjoy the beautiful and scenic mountains just north of town in the Santa Fe National Forest in a special way. One of our chefs will prepare a gourmet, Southwestern meal right before your eyes! Ask questions, sit around d the campfire and learn cooking techniques to help with your next camping endeavor or just relax and enjoy the sights and smells, while enjoying the expansive skies of northern New Mexico. Sample Meal cooked in the mountains:
- salsa fresca and guacamole
- Southwest paella, flour tortillas
