The Retreat:
Join Katie Silcox at Wilbur Hot Springs for an incredible healing retreat into nature and into the body. Katie’s pranic teachings fit perfectly with the palpable energy that is emitted from the core of the earth in the form of healing hot springs. Practice and meditate daily, soak in the unique mineral baths, explore the land and nourish yourself with world class cuisine.
“Unlike anything I’ve ever seen before… Of all the places I’ve visited so far in California, this is my favorite, this is the place where I’d want to stay. I feel most respected here as a person and the least cultyness that I did experience at some of the other springs. ” Daniel Vitalis
